LONDON FASHION WEEK OUTFIT 2 AW17

It’s time to catch up and share my London Fashion Week outfit 2 from AW17.

If you have seen my first London Fashion Week outfit post from this season you will probably notice how glaringly different both of my outfits were. Although different, they both represent my own personal style and this something I always strive to achieve, especially during LFW.

My second day at LFW was a little less busy. I planned to spend the morning at the Apartment where i would have my hair and makeup done, chill out and enjoy some breakfast. Following this I met with Alina for another street-style photoshoot near the main BFC venue. After lunch I headed along to Fashion Scout where I met with the Forward PR team and was invited backstage before the Cimone show. This was my first backstage experience so I was really excited to soak in the pre-show atmosphere and catch the models run-through before the show. I enjoyed a FROW seat where I live-streamed the Cimone AW17 collection on my Periscope channel. You can actually see everything I got up to this season at London Fashion Week on my new vlog over on YouTube.

As I had another busy day at LFW I really wanted to opt for flat shoes rather than heels. Thankfully my Zara over-the-knee flat boots lent themselves quite well to this outfit. I had ordered the co-ordinating jacket and skirt from Missguided in the run up to LFW. I kept noticing wide sleeves all over Instagram and knew I wanted this trend to feature in my London Fashion Week outfit. I really loved the print which although quite bold was tamed by a rather neutral colour palette. I paired the outfit with a simple black polo-neck top and statement necklace and my LFW look was complete.

I also loved having my hair done at the Apartment! This hairstyle went so well with my look and I am still receiving compliments of how well it suited me from you all. I normally where my hair down so when I go for a drastic up-do like this I do tend to be a little self-consicious of how it looks. I really loved this though, the crown braid was so different to any way I have had my hair styled before. I also had a makeover with Bare Minerals where I tried their new Gen Nude range. I loved how the makeup was quite natural looking.
