Happy Saturday Boopers! I do love the weekends, it’s my favourite day to get up super early and make the most of the day. Today on the blog I’ve got another beauty review of two high-end lip products which I indulged in recently. I’ve been super busy with the whole ‘move to London’ this month and I’ve got lots of fashion shoots planned soon so Bec Boop will be back into the swing things before you know it! I hope you will enjoy my posts from London 🙂 To read the full review of these two Dior lip products and see the detail photographs, just “Click to View Post” under the image…
Dior Addict Lip Maximiser
I had a voucher for Brown Thomas and really wanted to treat myself to some high-end beauty products, that I would get a lot of use out of. You might recall I alluded to these products in my Recent Instagram Selfies blog post. I had spotted this lip maximizer on a few beauty YouTube channels recently so I settled on it straight away. I’ve been really interested in trying out lip plumping/maximizing glosses recently, there’s something about this look which I really like (at the mo!). The Dior Lip Maximizer formula gives an instant plumping effect however with continued use it promises a more long-term plumping effect too. This is down to the blend of hylauronics and marine-based fillers in the formula. What I really liked about it is that the effect is more subtle, so if you are looking for an every-day classy, lip-plumping product this is a great choice. I like wearing it to the office over the mauve lip-liner as the gloss has a nice pink shimmer (see review below). It’s recommended to use it morning and night alone over a 15-day period to see the more long-term effect. The fresh mint-vanilla scent is gorge and the pretty Dior packaging, is as ever, a winner.
Dior Lip-Liner 573 Mauve
I also decided on this lip contour pencil in shade Mauve 573, which is another great everyday beauty product to wear to the office. The pencil comes with a sharpener and brush applicator for lipstick. There was a time when I had a little fear of lip-liners however this one is super-easy to apply and simply glides on leaving a high-coverage, slightly creamy line which also adds volume to the lips.

I’ve been using these two products in combo quite a lot recently and think they are the perfect pairing.
I’d be interested in hearing from any of you readers who have tried these? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below, are they worth the high price-tag?

Rebecca, they look beautiful. I love when lip products make lips look stunning but not overly made up! Great combo xxx
Thanks Siobhan! x
