Happy Friday everyone! I am bouncing back to blogging after this week’s mugging ordeal with an athleisure outfit post.
Athleisure has popped it’s head again recently as a current fashion trend. This is my take on the trend. We shot this look at London Fashion Weekend last Sunday and it is was a dream to shoot with the lovely Alina (@Hachikyan) again. This is my first Autumn outfit post too and the leaves certainly make a nice and natural outfit backdrop.

I am not so sporty. However the athleisure trend is here and I have tried my best to embrace it. This is my take on a girly athleisure outfit look featuring a pop of this season’s velvet trend too.
I love me a t-shirt dress and of course, velvet is all the better! This over-sized velvet t-shirt dress is a perfect transitional piece for my A/W wardrobe as it can also be worn with dark tights and boots for when the weather starts to get a little cooler. The 3/4 length sleeves and side pockets give it a super relaxed feel. The dress is over-sized and I am petite, but it works. I also love the colour – wine and I had fun working with this season’s must-wear velvet trend.
Although this look was very athleisure focused I wanted to keep it cute and feminine too so I added my much-loved Kate Spade purse. The epitome of girly-ness. Focusing on athleisure I wore my new Puma Kylie Jenner “Fierce” trainers. How amazing are these? Puma are really nailing their game in terms of stylish sportswear.
How cute are the photos too? I am loving working with Alina on outfit posts since we shot together for my London Fashion Week Style Story.
On my Face
I pretty much went overboard with the colour palette of this look keeping with pink, purple and wine tones. On my lips I wore my Anastasia Beverly Hills liquid lipstick in soft lilac. I also used the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance eye-shadow palette.
I am really looking forward to attending the #BloggersBlogAwards this weekend and hopefully making lots of new blogger friends! I cannot thank all of my community on my blog and social media platforms for your support this week as I get over the shock of the mugging. Love to you all.

Loved this article very much. Glad to see you are coming back to yourself. I love the dress too. I can picture it with a wide belt and black leggings or with high boots. Love the footwear. Also, that bag… I want it
And she’s back…yaaaaas! No stopping you.
Great post.
Happy Friday to you too. Know it’s about over for you in London.
I love your take on arleisure wear. A beautiful color too bit really suits you.
I bought a two piece atleisure 2 piece velvet outfit last week. It’s pants( kind of dressier yoga pant) and a top. It’s a dark burgundy or wine color. It’s really comfy but still looks out together. You now have me thinking I need a pink handbag Do you think I should pair it with flats or another style shoe?
Looking good in velvet!
