You might have spotted these fashionable Compeed blister packs on shelves since last month. Compeed have teamed up with London Fashion Week favourite Holly Fulton to create the new,  stylish limited edition design. I was recently invited along to an afternoon tea event in Shoreditch, London with Compeed UK to celebrate the new design which was followed by a styling session with Holly Fulton. Holly described the project as “creating a designer angle on an everyday essential for many people” and I love this way of thinking.
I am always thrilled to be able to make it to events mid-week as my other work commitments mean this can sometimes be a challenge. So off I dashed to the penthouse location in Shoreditch to meet with the Compeed team just in time to grab some afternoon tea. I have always been a fan of Compeed. I mean, every heel-lover should be! They are a handbag essential of mine every year at the Galway Races festival. I can also admit to racing in to my local pharmacy to grab some Compeed on my lunch break occasionally when my new shoes had not been broken-in as much as needed. Compeed is a comfort-saver, literally and I am so happy to add these newly designed high-heel plasters to my purse.

Following this I was introduced to the fabulous and talented designer Holly Fulton who was kind enough to join me for a live video broadcast on my Periscope channel @BoopFashionista. Holly talked my viewers and I through three different outfits she had styled for the event. You can watch the broadcast below for a flavour of what we got up to.
Compeed had asked me to bring along an item of clothing I was having difficulty styling so that Holly could share her fashion and style wisdom with me. I decided to bring along my Zara leather pants which you can see in this blog post. I adore these pants but was really struggling to style them for a casual day-time look. Holly of course had the answer! She recommended a crisp white shirt and trainers so watch this space! You might see it popping up on a BecBoop outfit post sometime soon.

I’d love to hear from you in the comments below. How do you like these stylish blister plasters?
