A Charlotte Tilbury beauty product has been on my wishlist for as long back as I started reading beauty blogs. Even moreso since moving to London and frequently walking by the Charlotte Tilbury store in Covent Garden. I recently decided to treat myself to something from her collection and after much deliberation went for the ever popular Filmstar Bronze & Glow in light to medium
Charlotte Tilbury makeup is pretty high end and the price point of £49 was matched by my high expectations. First up the packaging is a delight. I was so excited opening it to unveil the rose gold palette. Inside I found a bronzer and highlighter with mirror. The Filmstar Bronze & Glow also comes in medium to dark but I went for the lighter shades to match my skin tone. I was pleasantly surprised at how the bronzer looked without looking too heavy. The highlighter is more gold toned and catches the light quite flatteringly.
I would recommend this as a great starter kit for contouring as both shades complement each other so well and are quite easily buildable. I have found myself wearing this over my Urban Decay loose finishing powder quite regularly now.  I love the kit, it looks so pretty in my makeup drawer and is another great makeup product for travelling as you have the bronzer, highlighter and mirror in one compact palette.
