Feet Treats!

Following on from my Hand Care Favourites blog post last month I thought I would share some foot-care products with you here. We don’t often see a foot-care blog post as I fear this is an area of our skin we may often neglect! The products I’m showing you today are quite a mix – skincare, keeping fresh and something to help with your shoe woes. Especially with holiday season still in full swing we’re all dying to get our tootsies out in the sun.

Soap & Glory Heel Genius

I do quite like Soap & Glory products, their packaging is always winning. I think it’s awesome that they’ve got some foot-care products in their skincare range too. This cream should be applied generously onto clean feet every night before slipping into a pair of cotton socks and allowing them to work their magic overnight. It contains tons of good stuff – macadamia oil, menthol, bilberry and much more and of course smells yum!

Scholl Dry Skin Instant Recovery Cream*

This is more of an instant foot-care product as compared to the Soap & Glory offering mentioned above. Scholl are renowned for their foot care products and are pretty much guaranteed to leave your feet feeling awesome. This is an exfoliating and moisturising cream that works wonders and is great for cracked heels.

Scholl Dry Skin Fresh Step Shoe Spray*

The second product from Scholl is a freshening product – Fresh Step. This is basically an odour eliminator and well, nobody likes smelly feet so yeah, I’d recommend this! Fresh Step works instantly to eliminate odour but also lasts 24 hours to protect and freshen your shoes. Now, I’m no athlete but as you know living in London equates to a LOT of walking so I tend to use this on my trusty Toms on a regular basis.

Shoe Sizers

These are innovative little things! An alternative to in-soles they work by adjusting the size of your shoes with a soft ‘sizer’ that is placed inside the shoe. As I’m usually a UK size 3, depending on the brand they come in quite handy when a size 3 is too small and yet a size 4 is too big. The multi-pack contains a mix of sizers that can reduce the size of your closed shoes by 1/4, 1/2 or 1 whole shoe size. Pretty straightforward and super handy!
