I hope you are all having a nice weekend. I’m busy preparing for the Galway Races which are on next week and finalising my outfits for each day. It’s great to see that the sun is still shining, I am really enjoying wearing Summer clothes such as this pretty palm-tree dress.

I picked up this dress at the start of the Summer in Primark (Penneys) and it’s been a staple item in my wardrobe since then! The print has a really fun Summer feel to it. The dress is perfect for dressing up as I’ve shown in this blog post or wearing for a more casual look. I have worn it with my Toms a few times when I’m out and about at the weekends. I added a belt as I find sometimes dresses of this style can be a bit shapeless, especially for us petite fashionistas. The belt really changes the overall look I think.

I kept accessories quite minimal as I think the dress is ‘loud’ enough on it’s own. I did add a cute bow style ring (you all know how much Bec Boop loves bows!). I had spotted these heels on a couple of fashion blogs and decided to get them in pink. I love the height of the heel as they are not too high they are great for a daytime look too.
