I was recently contacted by Roza Model Agency to style a shoot with one of their models. I was excited to be given free reign of the theme and location for the shoot and instantly thought ‘Festival Fashion’. Since we have been having some really nice weather recently and with many festivals coming up in regional areas over the next few months I thought it was the perfect time to do a festival fashion inspired shoot. Cotton Face Vintage, the fab seaside vintage store in Galway offered to provide me with outfits for the shoot. Cotton Face were my first preference as they have such a fantastic festival collection in-store at the moment and I had a lot of fun browsing and selecting the looks for the shoot. From the three looks everything came from Cotton Face Vintage with the exception of the sunglasses in look one (Forever 21) and the jeans/shoes (models own). Embracing the theme the Face hairdressing gave Cora a bohemian up-style with loose plaits and finished it by spraying her locks pink. You can never say no to colour when it comes to festival style in my opinion! Ewa from Eva Beauty Room who I always love working with gave Cora the perfect festival makeover. We had a lot of fun shooting on location beside Athenry Castle which is one of the prettiest areas near where I live.
