I hope your week is off to a fantastic start! We are set to have the hottest day of the year so far this week so I thought it was a nice time to share some recent sunny photos from my instagram page. As a Galway native I am obsessed with the beauty of this city.

I’ve been trying lots of different new things this month including gelato, coconut water and coffee coolers!

My first 99 cone of the Summer and it was awesome!

Then I went on to try the best coconut water ever! This is available in the recently opened Jungle Beach Break on Salthill prom.

I had to abandon my coffees in this warm weather but quickly discovered a new favourite. The caramel latté cooler from Costa Coffee. Too good!

I drove a boat for the first time! It was so amazing to see Galway from a different viewpoint and one of the most fun experiences ever. 

I spent a lot of time out in Salthill as it’s the best place in Galway to enjoy the sun. I spotted the Adonia cruise ship which was docked in Galway bay over the weekend.

Discovering the cutest coffee stop in Galway, The Laura Lucy Floating café, eatery and venue. I spotted this pink boat a couple of months ago and blogged about how cute it looked. I was so excited when it recently opened and it has quickly become my favourite place in Galway to get coffee. 

Another gorgeous picture of Galway. I love this place so much! It’s honestly better than any holiday destination in the Summer.

After a long day working on an exciting photoshoot with my sister we treated ourselves to Gino’s Gelato.
