We took a break from furniture shopping today to shoot some outfit snaps for this post and again I cannot get over the breathtaking beauty of Galway city. I have always dreamt of living in a big city – New York or London but I am falling more and more in love with Galway (my home town) as time goes on.
Sweater River Island // Loafers River Island // Ripped Jeans Hollister // Shoulder-Bag Guess // Necklace OIA Jules // Watch Michael Kors // Beanie Penneys/Primark
I am wearing another city-inspired outfit, as I mentioned in THIS recent blog post I love wearing New York inspired fashion and I just had to have this sweatshirt when I spotted it in River Island last week. It reminds me of an old-school boxing style top and yet has a really girly feel with pink velvet and gold glossy text. My fiancé grew up in the Bronx also so I feel like I have an attachment of sorts to these areas. I’m also wearing the faded, ripped Hollister jeans which I featured in my recent sales haul (watch it HERE). These jeans are so so so comfortable, I love them and they are very easy to wear. I did not want the outfit to have an overly ‘urban’ feel so I wore my new patent loafers which I think really work with the look. As there is still quite a chill in the air I popped on my blue beanie and was ready to go. The jewellery is all rose-gold inspired as I just could not WAIT to feature my new Michael Kors watch which my fiancé got me for Christmas. I adore it and it went perfectly with my rose-gold OIA Jules necklace. Don’t forget you can shop the look below.
