Yesterday was officially the beginning of Fall/Autumn. With that in mind I know for sure I am not the only person suffering from the post-holiday blues. Luckily Jet2Holidays sent me along a treat package to help get over this.
Jet2Holidays recently completed a survey which found that 70% of UK adults suffer from post-holiday blues; with booking a holiday being noted as the favourite way to get over it. As amazing as that sounds it’s actually pretty easy to beat the blues on a much more budget-friendly level. My favourite way to get over my own post-holiday blues is to edit my photos from the vacation! This way I am re-living the experience through the photos I had taken while also having fun editing. This was my approach after returning from my recent trip to India.
As you guys know, I’m a bit of a Periscope addict and sometimes seeing all of the beautiful vacation spots around the world via the app can lead to a bit of holiday envy too. What I’m trying to say is, I think it’s entirely possible to suffer from post-holiday blues…without actually having gone on holiday!
