Connect | Bec Boop is now on Pinterest

Do you use Pinterest? I do and I have used it for a few years at this stage. I primarily use it when I’m lieing in bed on a Monday morning and looking for inspirational quotes to start the week. I’ve used it for streetstyle and outfit inspiration, I’ve used it for home decor ideas and I’ve even used it to find tattoo designs which I might like to get in the future. I have not however used it to share my blog content effectively and I really did not understand how Pinterest could be used to bring additional readers over here on to my blog. All of this changed when I was invited along to the Pinterest UK Bloggers Workshop earlier in the week 🙂

Thanks to Lizzie and the amazing team at Pinterest UK I now (finally) understand how Pinterest operates. Surprisingly Pinterest is not a social network – it’s a tool and that’s the aspect which I hadn’t grasped previously. I left this workshop with a new found love for Pinterest and an itching to get organising my boards. I have now trawled through all of the posts this year to date on the Bec Boop blog and organised them into relevant boards over on Pinterest. I hope you don’t mind waiting as I organise my posts from 2014 and 2013 over the next few weeks (there’s over 280 posts to get through!). In the meantime there’s lots of pretty boards over on the new Bec Boop Pinterest page to get pinning from! Some of the boards I created include Party Fashion & Style, Streetstyle, Lipstick, Coats & Blazers and much more! Basically with Pinterest you can bookmark your favourite s
There’s even a really easy way for you to pin directly from the Bec Boop blog. If you hover over any of the photos here on my blog you’ll see my Eiffel Tower Blog logo appear in the top left hand corner of the photo saying – Pin it. Simply click that icon to pin directly onto your own boards.
I am so thrilled to finally understand how this tool works and can’t thank Pinterest enough for putting on these informative workshops. If you would like me to do a blog post on the Pinterest Tips & Tricks I learned along the way, just comment down below and let me know.
Don’t forget to let me know your Pinterest profile so I can take a look!

  1. I love that there is a workshop for learning about Pinterest! I've tried to pin more things from my blog on there instead of just pinning random little things that I'm loving at the moment! I think its a great and marketable place to share your blog! I would love to be more interactive with Pinterest for sure!!! I dont get on Pinterest as much as I should but I'm over at https://www.pinterest.com/colorubold/
