Over the next few days I’ll be posting a few reflection/Year in Review style posts here reflecting on what 2014 has meant for me both on a personal level and also in relation to the journey of this blog – Bec Boop. First up I’m looking at a round-up of some of my 2014 outfits. Fashion is a huge part of the Bec Boop blog and I absolutely love sharing my daily outfits with you and showing you all how I style particular items. “

My style has changed completely since I did this post on this exact day last year (
2013 in Outfits). This year I gravitated more to casual/fun style with a chic twist. I’ve varied it up with a mix of everything from daytime looks, date night looks, glam fashion for the races and party looks. My favourite look of the year was either
Cosy Cape or
Christmas Party which were both recent looks. Looking at the above collage I would find it difficult to pinpoint my style using one or two words, I find it really depends on the occasion I am dressing for however I always tend to have a girly or cute feel to an outfit. I guess I just call it ‘Bec Boop’ style 🙂 We were blessed with fantastic weather this Summer which allowed me to experiment more with Summer fashion and I ended up wearing a lot of skirts/shorts and even skorts! I started a love affair with hats and now am rarely seen without a hat of some sort be it a fedora, straw cap, beanie, floppy hat or pork pie hat I love ’em all. I also had a fantastic time this year working with many amazing brands such as Dr. Martens, Greenes Shoes, Walk Shoes, LPDesigned4You, Nora Karen OOAK shoes, Just for 5 Pounds, O’Donnell Boutique, Ingenue London, Mark Garvie Millinery, Lora Mushtaha Millinery, Quiz Clothing, Protest Boardwear, WearAll and RoseGal.
I’ve linked the above outfit posts here so you can check them all out and of course let me know in the comments below which look was your favourite from this year. All of the outfits are featured in my ‘
Personal Style‘ album over on Facebook if you would rather browse over there. Of course this isn’t every single outfit I featured in 2014 on the blog, just the ones I could fit into the collage above!

I really hope you’ve all enjoyed reading my fashion posts during 2014 and look forward to taking you on my style journey in 2015. As a little thank you for your continued support I’m running a quick twitter giveaway for the next week!
