Lady Peach | Outfit

Happy Sunday fashionistas. I hope you are all having a lovely and fun weekend. I had a nice relaxing one for a change which gave me a chance to get ahead on blog posts for the next week since I will be travelling with work. This look centres on a peach vintage oversized blazer.

Blazer Public Romance // Jeans Hollister // Top New Look // Shoes Primark // Bag Guess // Watch Michael Kors // Necklace Aéropostale
I picked up this blazer a few weeks ago in Public Romance in Galway when they were holding a vintage kilo sale. I love this concept whereby products are paid for by weight. Since this was the only item I picked up that day I really got it at a bargain. Something about the colour peach combined with the silver studded and button details just seemed to scream Spring fashion for me so I just could not leave it behind. The gigantic puffy shoulders make a great fashion statement too. Padded shoulders always give the illusion of perfect posture so there is no fear of being caught out slouching. Vintage shopping is something I have really only got into since blogging and now I love the excitement of finding a one-off item in a vintage store.
I kept the rest of the outfit pretty simple wearing my Hollister ripped jeans which I have featured on my blog twice previously (A Bronx Tale in Galway and Pastel Florals in the Woods). These jeans are just too comfy and ripped jeans never go out of fashion. These nude sandals from Penneys/Primark are the perfect balance of simplicity and detail ensuring they don’t take away from the rest of the look.
I also think the MeMeMe cosmetics cream lipstick I wore went really well with the look and complemented the peach blazer.
I would love to hear from you in the comments below. Are you a fan of vintage shopping?
