I am one tired blogger tonight! Today I hosted the first ever ‘Bec Boop, Galway Bloggers Party’ which also happened to be my first time organizing/hosting such an event. It was an early start with
Eva Beauty Rooms providing make-up services for myself and all the gorgeous models. I wore a funky dress which I won in a recent giveaway over on
Fashion Vent, going for an edgy look with spiked peep-toes and a matching bag from the new Penneys/Primark Limited Edition Collection.
From 1pm the bloggers began to arrive and mingle with each other along with the brands. I want to thank each and every one of you who came along today and made the Galway Bloggers Party a successful event ๐ The lovely team from Benefit and Urban Decay at Debenhams, Galway were there along with Captain Tortue Group Galway and the Cotton Face Vintage pop-up shop.

I was overwhelmed by the response to the Galway Bloggers Party, and the effort each blogger went to to attend especially those who traveled for the party! The venue was perect,
the House Hotel were amazing and everyone seemed to love the cute girly environment. I really hope all the bloggers enjoyed themselves, you were all so unbelievably nice!
Then the fashion show kicked off (with thanks to the amazing backstage team!) and the models were all super. The collections shown included Cotton Face Vintage, Captain Tortue Galway, Sunny Juddy Designs, Portobello Clothing, Mary White Millinery and Brutal Glory. I hope you all really enjoyed the show and were introduced to some new collections/brands available here in Galway. I was thrilled to be able to give away some great prizes to the lucky raffle winners as sponsored by Miss Luxe, The Zipyard Galway, Secret Fashion Fixes and Captain Tortue Galway. Everyone left with a goodie bag filled with treats from Love my Figure, Love my Fashion, Slattery Comms, Cotton Face Vintage and Blank Canvas Cosmetics.

Finally, a big thank you to the behind-the-scenes team (friends & family) who helped me to pull of such a great event and ensured everything went seamlessly. The main reason I organised this event was to provide Galway bloggers with an opportunity to meet together in a blogger-friendly environment. The majority of blog events in Ireland take place in Dublin so I was eager to organise something in our locality. I absolutely loved chatting to everyone, some blogs which I had known of previously and some new blogs I was introduced to. I hope to make this a regular event where we can all come together a couple of times per year. I can’t wait to hear what you all thought about this event, thanks again for showing your support and I really hope everyone had a great time at the ‘Bec Boop, Galway Bloggers Party’.
