Last night was THE best night of my blogging life to date! I was invited to attend the
OohLaLa Magazine Blog Awards and Launch Party which was held at 37, Dawson Street, Dublin.
I was lucky to be able to go by working from Dublin for the day. A quick change out of the accountants suit and I was ready for the event. My look is mostly from Forever 21 and was picked up by my Mam since I had no time to organise an outfit! I love these fitted shorts especially the print and side panel which tied in well with the black leather detail top. These amazing dark silver look Boots are from Forever 21 also. I added my silver Bershka cropped jacket which I recently featured in

We arrived at the venue in plenty of time and I was blown away by how cool and funky it was. Think lots of colour and ambience. After receiving some complementary pink champagne and a goodie bag packed full of treats we found a seat to watch the Penneys Autumn/Winter ’13 collection Fashion Show. The outfits were amazing and I cannot wait to pick up some of these looks in store. My favourite outfit is the black skirt and jacket combo with gold top on the left.
Then I mingled with the other bloggers at the event, it was great to meet after interacting online so often! I met Leanne Woodfull of
Thunder and Threads who picked up two awards last night including blogger of the year which I think could not have gone to a more deserving and amazing blogger. She really is an inspiration to all Irish Bloggers for sure! I also met Hannah Hawkshaw of
Hannah’s Fashion Blog who’s blog I have followed for ages, she is an absolute doll and it was lovely to chat with her. Some of the other bloggers I met are noted under the photos below.

A huge congratulations to all the winners last night and a big thank you to OohLaLa Magazine for organising such a great event. It was definitely worth the travel from Galway to attend!
